Volthero LLC ("Volthero," "we," "us," or "our") operates voltheroo.com and provides phone-charging stations and power banks to businesses (bars, restaurants, cafes, and similar venues) in Florida under a monthly subscription model, one-time event rentals, and sponsor brand placements. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from our business customers, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
This Policy applies to visitors of voltheroo.com and to the business representatives who engage with Volthero as a subscriber, event client, or sponsor brand. It does not apply to end customers of our venue partners — we do not collect personal information from the individual guests who use a power bank at a partner venue.
1. Who We Are
Volthero LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, FL, and is the “data controller” responsible for the personal information described in this Policy.

We only collect information from the businesses (and their authorized representatives) who work with Volthero as subscribers, event clients, or sponsor brands — not from venue guests. Specifically: contact and account information (full name, email, phone, company name); shipping information (business delivery address); billing information (plan, billing history, payment status — we do not store your full card number, payments are handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor); communications (messages via Contact Us, email, or phone); and optional custom artwork/branding files (for OEM printing or sponsor placement requests).
We may use cookies and similar technologies on our website to keep it running properly, remember your preferences, and understand how our site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use these technologies to sell your personal information or to serve you third-party advertising.
3. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your subscription, event rental, or brand placement and process billing; to ship, install, and maintain equipment; to communicate about your account, orders, or support; to send service-related emails; and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We keep your information for as long as your relationship with Volthero is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to comply with our tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can request earlier deletion of non-billing information at any time.

We rely on industry-standard security practices from our service providers, including PCI-DSS-certified payment infrastructure and encrypted data storage. Access to customer information within Volthero is limited to personnel who need it to operate the business. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Contact info@voltheroo.com to request a copy of your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion (subject to billing record retention), or ask questions. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and their authorized adult representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

We may update this Policy periodically; changes are posted here with a new effective date. Material changes are communicated to active subscribers by email.
