Modifications

Volthero reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes agreement to them.

Subscription Terms

VOLT HERO charging stations and power banks are provided to your business under one of our monthly subscription plans, billed automatically on your subscription's monthly anniversary date. New subscriptions may receive an introductory discount for a limited initial period. Current plans and pricing are listed at voltheroo.com/plans.

There is no minimum commitment period — cancel any time through your Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

The charging station and power banks remain the property of Volthero LLC for the duration of your subscription; you're responsible for reasonable care, and lost, stolen or damaged equipment (beyond normal wear) may incur a replacement charge.

Custom branding/OEM printing, when requested, requires artwork in the required size and format within the timeframe specified at checkout; additional fees may apply and are disclosed before purchase.

Event Rentals

In addition to monthly venue subscriptions, Volthero provides charging stations and power banks for one-time events (weddings, corporate events, festivals) on a separate basis. Event pricing is quoted individually based on the client's needs and billed as a single, one-time payment, confirmed in writing before the event date. Equipment remains Volthero's property and must be returned in the condition provided, under the same care and replacement terms as subscription equipment.

Ownership of Materials

All materials on the Volthero Platforms (graphics, layout, text, images, designs, logos, trade names, etc.) are owned or licensed by Volthero and protected by copyright and trademark law; they may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Your License to Use Materials

You may not use the Materials to suggest brand association, modify them, reverse-engineer any code, use bots or scrapers to extract content, or redistribute them without written consent.

Copyrights and Intellectual Property

Volthero follows DMCA notice-and-takedown procedures; claims go to info@voltheroo.com with the required DMCA information.

Registration

Registration is optional but required for some features; you're responsible for accurate information and the confidentiality of your account.

Sales

All sales are final and non-returnable except as required by law.

Widgets & Applications

Any embeddable widgets remain Volthero's exclusive property; they may not be modified, sold, or misused, and may be disabled at any time.

Third-Party Links

Volthero isn't responsible for third-party sites linked from its Platforms.

Your Warranties

You represent that you have the legal right and capacity to enter these Terms and are authorized to use your payment method.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platforms and products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with no warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Volthero isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; total liability won't exceed the amount charged. Your exclusive remedy for defective equipment under your subscription is repair or replacement of equal or lesser value.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Volthero against claims arising from your use of the Platforms, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

Term and Termination

Volthero may terminate access for violations without notice. You may terminate your subscription via the Customer Portal.

Location and Territorial Restrictions

The Volthero Platforms are intended for use in the United States.

Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by Florida law; disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami, Florida.

Miscellaneous

Standard severability, non-waiver, and force majeure provisions apply.
